So, today we had a very cool hail storm.
No, the hail wasn't this big! Not even close, but it was fun for the kids to see anyway.
Spencer, Melanie and Chelsea(who have never seen snow or don't remember) ask, "is this snow?" I had to explain that hail is in between rain and snow. They loved playing in it. The forecast says it is going to rain for 10 days. We are on day 3 and I am not loving it. I don't know how you Seattle people do it. My kids have been so hyper and out of control because they have not been able to go outside and run.

Try living in the freezing cold when you can't go outside all winter because you'll freeze your bahootie off! You get crazy cabin fever. The other day it was 50 degrees (that's warm), so I took Ashley to the park. She LOVED it and cried when we left, but after 20 minutes in the cold weather and her nose and cheeks turning red, we needed to get her warm. We miss the warm winters.
