We have been so very lucky to have my brother Dave's family here visiting us for a couple weeks. Today was a very fun filled day! I took way too many pictures and couldn't decide which ones to post so I made a slide. We started out meeting at Leo Carrillo Beach (of-course). My parents had the day off and my cousin Kim and her three boys also met us there. We stayed all day! The weather was perfect and all the cousins got to get reacquainted. We then all went back to our house for GRILLED PIZZA and FHE. I had asked Mikal (2nd oldest grandchild) to give a FHE on baptism. Spencer will be baptised in just 2 weeks. We have never MADE Spencer wear a white shirt and tie to church, so I had also asked Mikal to talk about the importance of wearing a white shirt. He gave an excellent lesson and then Samy taught us all how to tie ties. He did an awesome job too and we had a blast learning. We then had a huge cousin sleepover with the younger ones (10 and younger). It was interesting getting 9 kids to lie down and go to sleep. Click here for even more pictures!

A BIG THANK YOU to Lisa, Marrianne and Heather for such a fun weekend with our sweet and cute grandkids. Memories were made...our traditional beach trip & sleep over with popcorn, movie and stories. Then story books and games in the morning. Mikal and Sam did an awesome job for family night...thanks to all! grandma

I love seeing your blog. You have a cute family & you are a great mom. It sure made me miss you and your family. I was also a little jeolous of the beach scenes. What a great activity to do with your kids. Are you ever in Utah? I would love to see you guys. We haven't been to CA for a while but when we visit, I'll call you. I also wanted to get your email address from you.

All I can say is CUTE and how fun! Can you believe Kassidy has never seen the beach? Ya, I need to get her to CA now that she is older and would have fun!
Hey Lis, how do I get photos off the slide show? Ididn't get any photos at the beach and need to grab some? Very cute and thanks for all the fun while we were there.
