my time: Best Cousins!

I had to post this picture because I love it! These two are so cute together. Chelsea is 2 1/2 and Ashlyn is 2. Just about 6 months apart. They love to get together and play, which they get to do often living just about a mile away from each other. We love our Ash!

Out of the mouth of babes!

SPENCER'S FRIEND JAYDEN (in carpool-backseat): My muscles are bigger than yours Spence. I do P90X.
SPENCER (carpool- front seat): You pee on your DS?

MOM: (rocking Chelsea age 4 in the rocking chair) You are getting too big! Stop growing! Pretty soon I won't be able to cuddle and rock you anymore.
CHELSEA: You can still rock me when I am BIG, just not when I am 16, because then I will be on a date with my boyfriend.

CHELSEA: When we were all up in heaven with Jesus, I chose you to be my mommy because you were so cute!!

MOM: What did you learn about in church today Chelsea?
CHELSEA: We learned the Jesus was "Cross"ified?
MOM: "Cross"ified?
CHELSEA: YES, bad men put Jesus on a cross and CROSSified him.

GRANDMA: I am the meanest mom on the block, Spencer!!
SPENCER: Well, you have been replaced!

HOME TEACHERS: "Who are the men always with our prophet?"
MELANIE AND CHELSEA (at the same time): "His bodyguards."
HOME TEACHERS: "Maybe his spiritual bodyguards. They are actually his counselors."

MELANIE: "Mommy, today we watched our new President on TV in school (the Inauguration). I was the only one that raised my right hand when he stood up (sustained him)!"

CHELSEA: "Mommy, how did Aunt Dale get blind?"
MOM: "She has diabetes and the diabetes made her blind."
CHELSEA (excited, but worried): "I had diarrhea!"

I am in my bathroom getting ready for the day by applying a little make-up. Chelsea comes in and stares up at me. She gets really excited and asks, "are you turning into a princess?"

MOM: "Give me a kiss Chelsea!"
CHELSEA: "No, only a boy!"
MOM: "Not until your married right?"
CHELSEA: "No mom, not until I am tall!"
